Instruction

Things You'll need:

1 pound dry yellow noodles
2 skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons curry powder
1/4 cup water

Step 1:
Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch the noodles in boiling water for two minutes. Remove from water and set aside.

Step 2:
In a deep skillet or fry pan, toss in the chicken and garlic in the oil over medium-high heat until golden grown and aromatic.

Step 3:
Reduce heat to medium-low, and add the onion, carrots and water; cover and steam for 5 minutes.

Step 4:
Mix in the curry powder and soy sauce.

Step 5:
Stir for 4 to 5 minutes until it is well blended.

Step 6:
Toss with noodles, and serve with the option of hot pepper sauce and soy sauce as condiments.

Relevent Tips
