Singapore noodles tends to be flavorful. It has a heavy curry taste, but that should not deter you from trying it out. Make it spicy or mild. Here's how you do it.

Things You'll need:
1 pound dry yellow noodles 2 skinless chicken breasts 2 cloves crushed garlic 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 2 carrots, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons curry powder 1/4 cup water Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch the noodles in boiling water for two minutes. Remove from water and set aside.
Step 2: In a deep skillet or fry pan, toss in the chicken and garlic in the oil over medium-high heat until golden grown and aromatic.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low, and add the onion, carrots and water; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Mix in the curry powder and soy sauce.
Step 5: Stir for 4 to 5 minutes until it is well blended.
Step 6: Toss with noodles, and serve with the option of hot pepper sauce and soy sauce as condiments.
