| Easy home Made Pizza
|Forget ordering delivery. Forget prepackaged pizza. Use this recipe to make pizza the way you want it every time.
Things You'll Need:
Toppings of your choice
A Pizza Pan
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover the pan with a very thin layer of extra virgin olive oil. Then lightly sprinkle a bit of corn meal and seasoned salt over the pan. This will keep the dough from sticking to the pan.
Place the uncovered dough in the oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. This will firm up the crust and keep it from being soggy when you add the sauce and toppings.
Use a ladle to spoon the sauce onto the pre-cooked crust. Poor the sauce in the center and use the bottom of the ladle to spread the sauce evenly across the crust.
Add your toppings. Whatever you choose, make sure you spread them in a way that covers the pizza evenly. The more toppings you have the more sparsely you want to use them. Your pizza should not be so stacked that it falls apart when you pick up your slice.
Put the pizza in the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese just starts to brown. Remove, slice and enjoy.
