How to Make Easy Yougurt
Want to save a few bucks every month on plain yogurt?
Here is how,do it your self..

Instruction

Things You'll Need:

2 tablespoons of Plain Yogurt
milk (ideally whole milk, but 2% reduced fat milk will also do and so will non fat milk)

Step 1:
Heat almost half-gallon milk in a container until it just starts to boil.

Step 2:
Remove the entire container from the stove and leave the milk to cool down. Do not expedite the cooling process by refrigerator.

Step 3:
Once the milk cools down to lukewarm temperature transfer it to another plastic or china container, which has a tightly fixing lid. Do not use a metal container, as it will give a bad taste to the yogurt. For convenience you may use the plastic container of the yogurt that you bought from the store. But make sure it is cleaned thoroughly.

Step 4:
Place 2 tablespoon full of yogurt at the bottom of the container. It’s important not to stir the milk. Secure the lid on the container and place it gently in a warm corner of the room.

Step 5:
Surround the container with a woolen blanket to keep milk warm. Leave it undisturbed for 5-6 hours.

Step 6:
Congratulations! You have 'home-made' yogurt ready to serve.
