How to Make Vegetable Rice - indian cuisine |
Do try this Vegetable Rice which you could make in within 10 mins. It's a tasty and a spicy dish. Hope you guys try this and do let me know your comments.
Instruction
Thing You'll Need:
2-3 carrots 2-3 potato 1-2 capcicum 2 spoons of Ginger Garlic paste 2-3 Green Chilles A bunch of pudina leaves 2 spoons of oil 2 cups of Rice 4 1/2 cups of water 2 spoons of Ghee 1/2 spoon of masalas 2-3 onions
Step 1: Take a Pan and Add oil. Fry the Spices ( Garam Masala). Add onions and chilles
Step 2: Fry till the onions till they turn brown and then add the Ginger Garlic paste. Fry for 2 mins and then add those mint leaves and all the cut veggies. Add required salt.
Step 3: Once the veggies are fried for 2 mins add the rice Add the 4 cups of water and let it boil for 1 min and then pressure cook it for 10 mins.
Step 4: Serve the Rice with Cucumber raitha.Labels: Vegetable Rice |
