How to Make Fried Chicken
If fried chicken sounds like a yummy dinner idea, follow the tips below for a simple, easy recipe.

Instruction

Things You'll Need:

Chicken (as much or as little as you'd like)
Flour
Frying pan
Veg. oil

Step 1:
Clean your chicken well by running it under water and running your hands over it. Poultry should always be cleaned well before eating it.

Step 2:
After the chicken is cleaned, make sure it is still wet and cover it in flour. You can either roll it in flour to make sure it is well coated or put some flour in a plastic bag, close it and shake it up. If you get too much you might want to brush off the excess with a clean hand.

Step 3:
Pour come vegetable oil in the bottom of the frying pan and allow it to warm up. When the oil is warm, add the chicken. It will pop and sound like it's burning. Allow 10 to 15 minutes per side. This will allow it to get good and crispy.

Step 4:
Carefully remove the chicken from the pan and place it between two layers of paper towel to get off some of the grease. Enjoy!
